Aerial Pilates combines the principles of traditional Pilates with the unique support of a hammock, creating a dynamic, powerful, and playful workout for the whole body. This practice incorporates controlled, flowing movements to enhance balance, flexibility, body awareness, and a deeper mind-body connection. Pilates-inspired exercises using the hammock help strengthen deep abdominal muscles, improve posture, and increase spinal stability. The suspension element adds a unique challenge, activating more muscles simultaneously while improving coordination and balance. Aerial Pilates is suitable for various levels of experience, offering a highly effective workout that leaves you feeling lighter, stronger, and more aligned.
Experience a unique blend of relaxation and tranquility during an Aerial Relaxation class. Utilizing the support of a low-hanging aerial hammock, this class combines elements of relaxing yoga poses, meditation, sound healing, or yoga nidra. Each session is designed by our teacher, who will select different elements to create a calm and meditative experience. In Aerial Relaxation, the hammock gently cradles your body, providing a soft cocoon for gentle poses and deep relaxation. Whether you’re floating in a meditative state, enjoying the soothing sounds of healing instruments, or melting into a restful Yoga Nidra deep relaxation journey, this class offers a peaceful escape from the stresses of everyday life.
