MUSICIAN / SOUND HEALING FACILITATOR

We are seeking a passionate and talented Indonesian individual to join our team in a unique wellness environment. The ideal candidate will embody creativity, teamwork, and a willingness to grow within the field of sound healing and holistic wellness.

 

Qualifications:

  • Musical Creativity: Strong creative skills in music composition or performance.
  • Instrument Proficiency: Ability to play at least one musical instrument such as violin, cello, guitar, or traditional instruments (e.g., gamelan, bamboo flute, etc.).
  • Team Collaboration: Capable of working harmoniously within a team-oriented environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Work Commitment: Available for full-time employment and flexible with scheduling, including weekends or evenings as needed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate group and private sound healing sessions, creating a safe and immersive environment for therapeutic listening and relaxation. 
  • Provide musical support for a variety of events, adapting style and instrumentation to suit diverse settings and audiences. 
  • Organize and perform ambient music concerts that incorporate world music traditions and Indonesian arts, fostering cross-cultural appreciation and artistic collaboration.

Udara Bali is looking for a creative and adaptable Marketing & Social Media Specialist with at least two years of professional experience to join our Marketing Team on a full-time, office-based basis at our Udara office, Seseh. Please note that this role is not available for remote work.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to define target audiences and craft impactful messaging for Instagram and TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and analyze content strategy for social media for all business areas of Udara (Hotel, Yoga, Sound Healing, Spa, Events, Cleanse Programs, Restaurant, Wellness Treatments and more)
  • Create sales strategies, including social media advertising across various platforms
  • Write copy for posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
  • Engage in KOL management (collaboration and partnerships)
  • Produce content, including capturing and editing videos and photos
  • Design and execute campaigns for special projects such as tracher trainings
  • Research trends and develop creative ideas continuously to stay ahead of competition
  • Provide regular reports on performance metrics including growth, reach, engagement, and views

 

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, with knowledge in the fields of yoga, healing or wellness
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Disciplined, motivated, and customer-oriented
  • Highly creative, hardworking, and quick to respond
  • Able to work both in a team and independently
  • Open to supporting other departments and events
  • Indonesian citizens only
  • Personal interest in yoga, healing, and spirituality is a plus
  • Available and willing to work on-site at our office in Seseh, Bali

  • Sales strategy incl. Google Ads, SEO and social media Ads for all business areas of Udara (Hotel, Yoga, Sound Healing, Spa, Events, Cleanse Programs, Restaurant, Wellness Treatments and more)
  • Supervision of the marketing and sales team
  • Copywriting for posts, newsletter, blog and other promotion material
  • Efficient use of AI tools to strengthen the brand and its reach
  • Direction & Organization of Content production (videos/pictures etc)
  • Conceptualizing campaigns for special projects, e.g. teacher training courses
  • Website monitoring for content updates, booking engine and performance

 

What we’re looking for:
